Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA): We guarantee live arrival. To qualify for a DOA refund or store credit: someone must be present to accept the package (signature or scheduled delivery recommended); packages left unattended void the guarantee. Record a continuous unboxing video (preferred) or clear photos showing the sealed bag opened, the coral in its original water. Submit your claim with the video/photos within 2 hours of the carrier's first delivery time, to the email on our Contact page. Approved DOA claims receive a full refund or store credit (your choice) for the affected coral.

7-Day Health Guarantee: Beyond live arrival, we stand behind the health of every coral for 7 days from delivery. If a coral declines within 7 days despite proper care, contact us with photos/video and your tank parameters. This guarantee requires that you followed the included acclimation guide and that tank conditions (temperature, salinity, lighting, flow) were within the recommended range — losses from out-of-range parameters, pests introduced from other sources, or improper acclimation are not covered. Approved claims receive store credit. Because thriving coral depends heavily on your tank, we're also always glad to help troubleshoot before it becomes a claim.

Acclimation Guide: Every order includes our detailed acclimation guide. We recommend drip acclimation over 45–60 minutes, then start the coral under low–medium light and gradually increase intensity over 1–2 weeks to prevent shock and bleaching.
