At AstroExoticReef, every coral is propagated and grown in-house in our 180-gallon mixed reef + dual IM 25g lagoons right here in the Miami area (Hialeah, FL). We only sell what we grow — healthy, vibrant, WYSIWYG corals ready to thrive in your tank. We stand behind every frag with clear, fair guarantees and reliable nationwide overnight shipping.

Our Guarantees

Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA) We guarantee your corals arrive alive. To qualify:

  • Someone must be present to accept the package (signature recommended).
  • Record a continuous unboxing video (preferred) or clear photos showing the sealed bag opened with the coral still in its original water.
  • Submit the claim within 2 hours of the carrier’s first delivery attempt via email (astroexoticreef@gmail.com).

Approved DOA claims receive a full refund or store credit (your choice) for the affected coral. Packages left unattended void the guarantee.

7-Day Health Guarantee We stand behind the health of every coral for 7 days from delivery. If a coral declines within this window despite proper care, contact us with photos/video and your tank parameters.

Conditions:

  • You must follow the included Acclimation Guide.
  • Your tank parameters (temperature, salinity, lighting, flow) must be within recommended ranges.
  • Losses from improper acclimation, out-of-range parameters, pests from other sources, or tank instability are not covered.

Approved claims receive store credit. We’re always happy to troubleshoot and help your new addition thrive — reefers helping reefers.

Acclimation Guide Every order includes our detailed guide. We recommend drip acclimation over 45–60 minutes, followed by low-to-medium light with gradual ramp-up over 1–2 weeks.

Shipping Details – Nationwide Overnight from Florida

  • Shipping Days: Tuesday–Thursday only (priority overnight) to avoid weekend delays and give your corals the best chance.
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the next eligible day.
  • Packaging: Double-bagged with oxygen, heat/cold packs as needed, in insulated boxes for maximum temperature stability.
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $299 (continental US).
  • Weather Holds: We may pause shipping during extreme heat or cold and will contact you to reschedule.

Notes:

  • Delivery is generally by end of day (remote areas may vary). We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
  • Continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping available by special arrangement — contact us.
  • We avoid shipping before major holidays.

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact us immediately at astroexoticreef@gmail.com or via your customer account.
  2. Include your order number, unboxing video/photos, tank parameters, and details.
  3. We review claims within 24–48 hours and work quickly to make it right.
